This course covers the basic subjects that are tested. We’ll send you our California materials on CD’s that have been developed by Morris Cody & Associates to allow you to study at home.

Our California Pharmacy Law book covers rules and regulations, DEA and Federal Law, Furnishers laws related to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. The California Pharmacy Law guide also covers, in detail, material on the California Uniform Controlled Substance act including the standards and schedules.

The Use of Controlled Substance laws are reviewed along with the Drugs Enforcement Agency Act. The California Law review book is organized to provide the student with the correct information relating to the California Law that all pharmacists must know in order to be prepared for their exam.
